As microwaves vary in power,you need to find your correct heating time carefully.
1.Flatten the gel pack in the microwave and make sure the gel is distributed evenly.
2.If the gel pack is at room temperature,heat it for 40 seconds,remove the gel pack,check the temperature and knead it
.If more heat is needed,try a further 10 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached.(You need to find your correct
