Features:

3-channel speed control (PWM) output; adjustable manually for each channel; 3-channel at the same time affected by temperature probe for temperature control speed change.

Optimized 4 classic control temperature zone combination; support fan rotation stop alarm for 3-channel and 2 of the 3 can be set to start the alarm or not; alarm external drive is high volume beeper. 3 indicator lights indicate the current channel fan status. It support the fan control of the revers signal.

Please note that this controller is a 4-Wire PWM Fan Controller; by sending PWM signals to fan speed control input port to control fan rotation speed; it cannot control 2-wire or 3-wire fan; it cannot turn off the fan completely.

Technical parameters:

Power Supply Voltage: DC 8-18V (please note that this is the board supporting voltage; if it is used for controlling 12V fan, please note the fan work range)
Fan Current: MAX 3A; please connect fan power supply cord individually if it is used for controlling bigger current fan
Board Size: 50 x 43 x 13mm (L x W x H); location hole position: 44 x 37mm; diameter: 3mm
PWM Output Range (%): 10-100
Temperature Probe Parameter: NTC-50K, B=3950
Temperature Control Temperature Zone Error: < 2??/span>
Rotation Stop Alarm Rotation Speed Threshold Value: 300rpm (normal 2-pole fan)

Setting instructions:

Manually Adjust Speed: adjust the speed by the 3 adjustable resistances on the board; suggest that speed should be adjusted under low temperature without temperature control in operation.

Temperature Control Temperature Zone Setting; set temperature zone by dial switch T1 & T2 (No.1-2) switch combination; it has form instructions behind the board for the specific temperature zone; it needs to be restarted by power being on again after modifying the setting.

Reverse Logic Support: PWM OUT is changed reversely after dial switch PF (3) set being “ON”; used for controlling reverse logic fan; it needs to be restarted by power being on again after modifying the setting.

Fan Rotation Stop Alarm Setting: FAN1 is always connected to the alarm; for FAN2 and FAN3, 4 & 5 (B2 & B3) of dial switch are used for controlling that if it is connected to the alarm buzzer, for example, when B2 & B3 are both set to be “ON”, 1 of 3-fan output stops rotating and buzzer will be alarming.

Indicator Lights on the Board: always being on is the respective channel fan in operation; flash is the respective channel having no rotation speed signal, which shows that this channel fan stops rotating or is not connected (fan wire sequence is wrong or rotation speed signal connection is damaged)
