What it does:
It helps relieve symptoms of tired & sore feet, lower back pain, hip & knee pain, plantar fasciitis, sweaty feet, ankle pain, flat feet and heel spur. The shock-absorbing heel plate is specifically designed to help reduce the impact caused during heel strike (when the heel strikes the ground while walking). It also helps to evenly distribute your body weight to help reduce the pain and pressure in the lower back, hip, knees, ankles and feet. By absorbing the impact and balancing your weight, its helps reduce pain associated with heel spurs, bruised heel and plantar fasciitis.
