1:connect to battery(if not,won't have display)

2:press the "+" display upper limit volatge , long press will flashing ,then set the upper limit volatge (H)

3:press the "-" display lower limit volatge , long press will flashing ,then set the lower limit volatge (L)

4:connect to the  charger

5:press the  set  close the  display to save electricity
