Do not place the pads on your broken or dirty skin.

Do not place the pads on your front or side of neck, eyes or in the mouth.

2. Ensure secure connection with the wires and pads.

3. Start from the lowest level to a comfortable level.

4. Apply a few drops of water to the pad adhesive surface and make sure the pads are firmly adhered to the skin.
